My son was absolutely stoked over his shirt!!! My Navy baby is crazy about guns and has recently started college to be a gunsmith. One of his classes is trigonometry, so I selected the "I study trigger nomatry" and he loves it!!!!!!! Thanks tee public for helping to make his birthday one of the best!!!!!!

I have ordered 4 shirts from them as of now. They have all been exactly to the specifications. I ordered premium tshirts, not their standard, so I can't tell you the quality of those. The premium ones have been nice.. the prints are clear, and the quality is good.. I will keep ordering from here.

Real customer service!

I made a dumb mistake and ordered the wrong size. I offered to pay for the proper size but they sent the correct size without delay. Let no additional cost. This kind of customer service is unheard of today. Thank you guys so much. I will be spreading the news about you and your site.

Okay

Ordering was easy. However, I wish we had the option to only print on one side. Also, shirt sizes run very small. Mine is unwearable-way too small. Pretty pricey for the quality of the tee. Ordered one for my wife. Site advised to order size up. We did, fit fine. I wish they had same advice on men's sizes.

Printing not very resistant to washer

I got the delivery sooner than scheduled.
When I opened it the hoodie had an intense smell of sinthetic paint.
The printing is very cute and bigger than showed on website, but only after 1 wash cycle following manufacturer washing instructions, the printing started to rip off. So not convinced with quality vs price

I love the 4 t-shirts I ordered

I love the 4 t-shirts I ordered. Normally, I purchase size Large, but I ordered X-Large, as recommanded by your web site. Ordered took a couple of weeks to be delivered, that was ok, but I had to pay 30$ of delivery fees at the postal desk, when i through I had already paid those fees when I ordered. By friends purchase a lot from your site, and I am very happy I did as well! Thank you!

Fabulous product and service

I unfortunately ordered the wrong size T-shirts for my partner. The team answered my email so promptly, re-ordered the correct size and allowed my to pass the t-shirts I had already received, to some in need. Awesome product, awesome service and I am telling my fiends all about you. Thank you.

Very Satisfied

The t-shirt I ordered arrived and the design seemed too light on the white tee. I ran it through the wash once and the design basically disappeared. I contacted customer service and they replied asking for a photo of the shirt. I eventually was able to send a photo. Customer service replied that they were happy to send a replacement but that the design was being discontinued, so I should choose another. I did, and they got the new shirt off to me.
I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Great designs, poor o/a service

Saw products, e.g. t-shirts, on the website for some 20 $ what i thought to be a good deal. Took me a couple of hours to select 7 out of many awesome t's and i moved on to check-out. There, tax was added (didn't think of it, my bad), 25 $ shipping fee to Europe was added, it took more than 3 weeks (!) to get them to Germany and then i had to pay an additional 60 EUROs for custom! I love the designs, the t-shirts are okay, the overall service was poor.

Unique Sandman design for my son

I ordered a unique Sandman design for my son. I knew it was a hit when I was downstairs and heard him yell at the top of his lungs, "Oh my God"! I'd put it in his bathroom on a hanger to surprise him. That reaction was priceless. The artwork was beautiful. That said, I had to reorder because the first order never arrived. Customer service was excellent though.

Hi! How the delivery times are? On May 30, I will return to my country and I received message indicating that my order (4754803) is late.

A:

I ordered on June 11th for Father's Day on June 20, within the worst case timeline for delivery. It's now June 29 and I just got word my product shipped today. You cannot blame USPS for this. This business model really must be made much more clear to consumers. I get the sense orders are held up for quantity needs, or waiting on stock to print on. It must be made much more clear to consumers that this is an order to PRINT, not to BUY, because it's night and day. No timeline is guaranteed on a print order. Just entirely disappointed with this experience.

The shipping company is UPS but they transfer to USPS for delivery. It's common for UPS to not get the item transferred in a timely manner.

Delivery is pathetically slow. Your package might never arrive. It's UPS's fault, but also TeePublic's fault for using them.

I went for the air delivery paid extra for birthday present but items were on sale so it balanced the purchase arrived on day 8 ordered on a holiday weekend and arrived on time

why are there so many bad reviews

A:

It's gotta be malicious reviews. Every company has a few mistakes, and sometimes that customer goes nuts and posts tons and tons of negative reviews, getting friends and family to join in. Sad, because TeePublic is an amazing company!

I had the best customer service experience. I accidently ordered the same item twice. I sent an email and they responded almost immediately. I found them to be more than helpful! They explained exactly what they were going to do and refunded the purchase price of the accidental order. I will definately be ordering more items for Christmac.

Hi, will shirts shrink after washing? should i order a larger size?

A:

I assume they will shrink eventually but I usually wash mine in cold water & let them hang dry. I usually order them a couple sizes bigger than I need to because I wash them frequently & they will fit me for a longer period.

Order like 3 to 4 sizes larger. They are crap quality and are junk but run small to top it off. I ordered a 3xl they sent me a 2xl and the 2xl is the size of a large.

They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Contact T Public directly. There's an email address on the website, they will exchange it (at least they did with mine, no hassle). You'll need to contact them on the website though, I think.
